I am a birth and postpartum doula and a pediatric sleep consultant. My mission is to provide compassionate support to growing families. It is an honor to support women and families in feeling empowered on their perinatal journeys. I have a specific interest in educating families about physiological birth, providing advocacy tools and support, and supporting mental health throughout the entire pregnancy, birth, and postpartum period.
