Also known for her work as a performance artist, Bek Kelly brings offerings influenced by many modalities. Alongside her formal background in psychology, Bek has worked as a dance teacher and performer for the past ten years. She has also studied mindfulness and tantra and worked as a tantra practitioner previously. Working with the mind-body connection and assisting people to find regulation and expression through their bodies is her life's work and greatest passion.
