In 2018, I hit rock bottom after a long struggle with ice addiction, bankruptcy, and deep feelings of guilt and shame. I tried to end my life.Through vulnerability, accountability, transparency, discipline, and self-care—along with hard work to overcome the negative thoughts in my mind, I was able to rebuild my life.Today, my kids receive the best of me, not just what’s left over. I am now committed to helping other dads navigate their challenges and create the fulfilling lives they truly deserve.
