Growing up in the suburbs just outside of Baltimore, Maryland, with my hand on the ballet barre, I developed a lifelong love for movement and wellness. This passion has guided my journey ever since. I am a Master Trainer for Pure Barre Corporate and a Transformational Coach. With over 30 years of experience teaching and training, I thrive on sharing my passion for healing and personal growth with others.Early mindset shifts profoundly shaped my path, inspiring me to curate an expansive toolbox of healing modalities that I now share with the world. I am a certified practitioner in Breathwork, EFT Tapping, Reiki, Meditation, and Sound Healing. My mission is to help others transform their inner space into a healthier, more harmonious place, grounded in the belief that our breath is one of the most powerful medicines we possess.Through my teachings, I encourage individuals to show up fully, stand tall in their truth, speak with purpose, and take ownership of the incredible gift of life. Together, we unlock the potential for healing, growth, and lasting transformation.
