About

I'm Rose, the founder of Bud and Blossom Kids. I started Bud and Blossom Kids to alleviate the stress of parenthood. I’m a certified parent educator and Montessori enthusiast with over eight years of experience working with families. Over the course of my career, I noticed that parents lack an approachable, reliable source of support and guidance. Bud and Blossom Kids seeks to remedy that.My approach focuses on mutual respect, encouragement, and long-term behavioral change. Instead of relying on rewards, punishments, or control, I teach parents to address the reasons behind their children’s actions, fostering empathy, cooperation, and self-regulation.What I love most about this work is getting to walk alongside families through it all—celebrating the highs, supporting the lows, and building relationships that last.
