Carrie Kopp Adams, LMT — is the founder of Massage By Carrie, a mobile wellness company.She brings 10 years of experience in holistic medicine and works primarily with clients recovering from illness, injury and surgery.As a shamanic practitioner, she believes in the integration of body, mind and spirit and uses the arts of tarot, reiki and yoga to connect us back to ourselves and the planet.Carrie is recognized by the Yoga Alliance as an RYT-200 and recently developed a program to teach mindfulness and meditation to military community on Fort Meade, MD.
