At the Centre for Wholeness & Well Being, we believe life is meant to be enjoyed and appreciated. The suffering and damage caused by trauma and mental health challenges can be mended to rediscover a sense of wholeness. We are a dedicated, client-centered organization supporting those discouraged by conventional medical models, or who seek new ways of healing with effective safe, evidence-based counseling and integrative practices.
