Central Highlands Regional Council is a Local Government in Central Queensland, Australia. We cover the areas of Arcadia Valley, Bauhinia, Blackwater, Bluff, Capella, Comet, Dingo, Duaringa, Emerald, Gemfields, Rolleston, Springsure, Tieri.Youth are a valuable part of our communities. Council ensures that the youths’ needs are identified and responded to by providing opportunities for young people to feel empowered, engaged and celebrated.Council’s youth development service organises and funds youth based programs and events that promote social community inclusion across the region throughout the year. The service is also responsible for advocating youth priority areas within council and with other community stakeholders.
