ChriSOULa Sirigou is an award-winning author of books on personal transformation, emotional wellbeing and colour energy healing. She is the creator of HappyNEST™ - Nurturing Emotional Safety Together.Teaching modern languages, Heart iQ™ Relationships and Human Design Family coaching, Colour Mirrors therapy training, and broadcasting on these and other topics for 30+ years, she enriches and empowers lives daily worldwide.Her passion and dedication for social impact and community engagement shines through her radio broadcasting journey as a volunteer with Redshift Community Radio for 9 years and through the following initiatives: She is the founder and director of The HappyNEST™ Collective - soon to become a CIC (Community Interest Company) having led the“Rainbow Letters to Mother Earth” community project since 2020 involving children, young people, parents, grandparents, teachers and creatives from all over the world - supporting mental health and our connection with Nature.Her key mission is to help people reconnect with the creative flow of the heart, nurture relationships between parents and children with shared love, compassion and acceptance, and consciously use the language of Colour to create harmony in Family NESTs while adding more love and joy to the world.
