Claudia is a yoga teacher, soft tissue massage therapist, and dancer based in Nottingham.Born and raised in East London, her movement journey began with professional dance training. After graduating, she traveled widely, studying various movement practices and completing her yoga teacher training in India. She later qualified as a Soft Tissue Massage Therapist and worked in her local community, yoga studios, corporate settings, and at retreats across the UK.Her connection to movement and holistic health practices started in her teenage years when she began using yoga for physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
