Who we areCTS (Connect through Service) is a trusted networking and innovation space for service leavers to feel at home and to positively engage with business and industry, as they embark on a second career. We are about raising the awareness of the significant transferable skills Essen7al Service leavers bring to the party.Our mission is to mobilise business to drive change and build a new positive narrative which will inspire service leavers to aim high and connect for success.Mission:“ Building a better future for service leavers througheffective networking and innovation.”Our core purpose is to provide a trusted space for essential service leavers to showcase their talent and connect with business. We will help them demonstrate their talent and skills, build opportunities for employment and growth in relevant sectors, and to be a positive force for change. We will provide an accreditation process, to demonstrate an organisations commitment to which will for those companies who come on the journey with us.
