Crystal Nutrition is a wellness company that helps souls to raise their vibration and live in alignment with their soul purpose. We host monthly meditation circles that are reflective of the current energies and what is needed at the present time. We incorporate guided meditation, a reiki sound bath, and also have a personal journalling segment that allows you to gain higher understanding of yourself. Keep an eye out for special events that honour the Winter/Summer Solstices, and the Spring/Fall Equinoxes.
