Meet Candicia and Camillia; co-founders of Curly Girl Meetup:Candicia is one of the co-founders of Curly Girl Meetup. CGM was born from an idea that Candicia had through her work as an influencer. She dreamed of having an event in the metropolitan city of Toronto where men and women would be able to learn more about natural hair, get their questions answered, and learn how to use the products that they have at work to the best of their ability. Candicia aims to build a community among those who have curly hair and give them something to own to show the world their pride in their curls. “We strive to teach men and women to love their curls and be proud of this amazing community.” You can find her on Instagram@heyitscandicia.Camillia is one of the co-founders of Curly Girl Meetup. She serves as the Marketing and Social Media Manager of CGM. She strives to create in-person relationships with the CGM community and an online community that can lift each other up. She enjoys interacting with members of the community, brands, and local bloggers online and in person.
