I am an Arts Educator/Facilitator who also works as a one-to-one therapist. My mission is to help individuals live more fulfiiled lives that support their wellbeing. I believe that all creative activities are therapy, whether it is painting, printing, cooking, gardening, crafting ... whatever your interests are. I believe that the process is the most important aspect, and the social aspect of crating and art workshops is so valuable and relaxing.
