I've been on a personal journey dealing with anxiety for some time now. Through this journey, I've come to realize how important it is to have a supportive community and access to resources that can make a real difference. This realization has inspired me to create an event called "Dear Anxiety, Let's Break Up."This gathering is more than just an event; it's a safe space for women to come together, share their experiences, and support one another in overcoming the challenges of anxiety. My goal is to create an environment where we can openly discuss our struggles, learn effective coping strategies, and build lasting connections that will help us navigate this journey.I am passionate about mental health and believe that by sharing our stories and supporting each other, we can break the stigma surrounding anxiety and create a stronger, more compassionate community. This event is my way of giving back and helping others find the strength and support they need to break free from anxiety.Thank you for your love and support and for considering this opportunity!
