We bring like minded souls together and create a playground for growth and expansion.Our Sacred Sound and Sessions use gong and other theraputic sound healing instruments, tapping into the unique healing power of sound frequencies. Come join us for a sound bath you won’t forget.Ecstatic Dance is a free form and consciousness dance movement. A 3hr journey with a live DJ set. The dance begins with an opening ceremony and meditation and the music takes you on a journey of self exploration and freedom. We provide a safe space for you to open your heart and free your mind by moving your body the way it wants to be moved.Yoga/meditation classes – Come and explore dynamic movement, breath work, mantra and energy medicine practices. Our yoga classes fuse an array of different techniques, drawing inspiration from yoga, sound therapy and contemporary meditation teachers to create classes that develop awareness of your subtle body and energetic system and create heart / brain coherence.
