Hi! I’m MacKenzie, the founder of Ecstatic Utah and organizer of Ecstatic Dance Cache Valley. I was introduced to ecstatic dance in Salt Lake City and instantly fell in love with its power to bring people together through music, movement, and authentic expression.After moving to Cache Valley, I felt called to help grow this vibrant practice here — creating safe, substance-free spaces where people of all backgrounds can connect, release, and move freely.I believe in building inclusive communities rooted in presence, creativity, and joy.
