Elizabeth is a guide and master facilitator for human evolution and growth in ailgnment with nature. She has practicesd mindfulness and conscious leadership for nearly two decades. More recetly she is exploring the impact of energy awareness and sensory intelligence to improve wellbeing and community connection.We are already masters of doing and this singular focus is no longer serving our human evolution. It is time to bring equal attention to being through awareness, conversations, and practice to align with our true gifts.Elizabeth shares energy healing experiences through simple practices, sound vibration, and the power of pause. Her practices are deeply algned with neurological science, ancient wisdom, and quantum physics. She brings high vibration, spiritual connection, and calm to every circle.Acting on her strong passion for human evolution through action, Elizabeth co-founded DisruptHR Maine; the Conscious Women’s Leadership Forum, the Conscious Capitalism Portland Chapter; and in November 2023 she co-presented on Inner Development Goals at the inaugural World with Purpose summit in Dubai, UAE.
