Elle is an ACE Certified Personal Trainer with over 10 years of experience, as well as a Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu purple belt who competes at a high level for the pure enjoyment of the sport and as a way to continually test and improve her skills. She is the founder of the Shield Maiden Defense Collective, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering women and strengthening communities through BJJ.
