Anam Saor is a beautiful community where we honour and care for our Mental and Emotional health.Anam Saor is a space where each individual is free to be the authentic soul they desire to be!I will be holding space, and facilitating workshops and events which will have many wholesome and life changing elements.The workshops will be encouraging you to become more mindful in your everyday life and guiding you on your journey to enlightenment.You can expect to connect to yourself through nature, meditation and dance, and to start your journey of self love, confidence, creativity, while finding connection in a community of like minded people!
