Career and Leadership Business Strategy is my passion. I am a driven business owner dedicated to helping women professionals find the right career, grow as leaders and start the business they love. My specialty is mindset and confidence coaching because I believe that success in any area of our lives begins and ends with our thoughts and self belief.My clients say that I am a kick butt, tell it like it is, bottom line consultative coach that coaches for results. My straight forward approach combined with strong soft skills in emotional intelligence and life coaching makes me unique and is my secret sauce in helping my clients create both professional and personal fulfillment. I offer individualized guidance to career professionals, business owners or company executives.Right after graduating college with a Business, Management and Finance degree I began working at Drug and Beauty Retail Company named Walgreens Boots Alliance as a management trainee. The fierce determination, keen business insights and ability to lead and influence others promoted me in human resource roles and eventually in leadership roles within the company. My corporate cumulative experience was over 13 years.There was a moment in my corporate career where I started to feel bored and unfulfilled. I felt like something was missing. Feeling this way, I started looking for answers and came across a long personal development journey into finding another path that would fulfill me and help me use my professional experience and passion for coaching and put that all together in starting my own business.
