Empire Training Center for the Arts

Empire Training Center for the Arts (ETCA) is a new not for profit organization located at The Chance Theater in Poughkeepsie, NY. ETCA will train a new generation of live entertainment professionals in technical and administrative jobs that do not require a college degree. Our 10-month, 3-day a week, workforce program is designed for adults to build meaningful careers in live entertainment through our comprehensive approach and curriculum: skills-based and experiential training, values-driven learning, industry relationship building, mental health habits, cultural experiences and employment placement.
