About Erin GlassMy mission in life is to create opportunities for belonging, laughter, authenticity, inspiration, and wholeness. I believe each of us holds the answers we seek, and I love helping people reconnect with their intuition, wisdom, and self-healing abilities.Growing up, I carried a false and deeply ingrained belief that I was broken, bad, and in need of "fixing." My struggles with anxiety and depression set me on a 20-year healing journey. Along the way, I discovered many tools and modalities that continue to support me, and I’m passionate about sharing them with others.Kundalini Activation has been the most transformative process I’ve encountered. After just a few sessions, it helped me release deep grief and anger that had felt immovable. In their place, love, forgiveness, joy, and peace flowed into my life. Incorporating this practice has allowed me to release trauma, reset my central nervous system, and enhance my intuition, creativity, and energy.It is my greatest honor to help others tap into the power of surrender and the healing energy within themselves.
