OUR MISSION:The mission of Every Body Deserves Love is to improve the well-being of our community by providing inclusive health and wellness filled programs, events and resources.OUR VISIONThe vision of Every Body Deserves Love is a world where the resources for higher self-esteem, self-confidence, and mental health services are accessible and inclusive for every BODY.MENTAL HEALTH ASSISTANCEPre-pandemic it was estimated that nearly 50 million Americans suffer from a diagnosable mental disorder in any given year, ranging from depression to eating disorders. We have seen an alarming rise of those numbers recently. In many cases, these issues stem from low self-esteem, and a lack of self-love. Through support groups, training and after-school programs, Every Body Deserves Love strives to provide support and resources.OUR HISTORYFounder; Alexa Phelece suffered from her own mental health and self-image issues, which empowered her to bring quality mental health care, self-care, focused support, normally difficult to obtain to people of all identities and ages in Orange County, California.Every Body Deserves Love is a 501(c)3 organization implementing long-term programs throughout Southern California.
