Jamie Gooch is a certified advanced trauma informed breathwork facilitator and somatic guide from Northeast Ohio. She started her career in the dental field in 2015 as a dental hygienist in a high stress environment. In 2020, she was introduced to breathwork as a tool to manage her crippling anxiety and stress related illnesses. Today after personally incorporating these daily self regulation tools, Jamie guides her clients through somatic breathwork meditations to promote self healing, release trauma and develop life balance.Jamie is the owner of Expanding Consciousness LLC - Trauma Informed Breathwork. She has a private studio in the Painesville square where she works 1:1 with her clients and hosts small private group sessions.
