Food For Health is a Milwaukee-based non-profit committed to preventing, managing and reversing diet-related disease. We do this through a proven program of delivering medically tailored meals to low-income individuals, coupled with coaching and tracking biometric data. We call this our Be3 program.>At theBe3 Community Health Hub, you’ve got plenty of choices to start – or start back up again – your plans to make some changes in your life. We’ve found the best way to make those plans a regular part of your routine is really three ways:Be Fueled:Take classes on healthy cooking. Find creative ways to use exciting new foods in meals for you and your family.Be Fit:Join exercise classes for all ages and abilities.
