Forest Bathing and Wellness

I am a certified Forest Therapy guide and life coach offering forest bathing, forest therapy, and life coaching. Forest Therapy/Bathing can be booked as a private, group or couples session. Life coaching services are offered by phone, video conferencing or meeting at a local park. Forest Bathing or Forest therapy is a guided experience led at a local park. It is a sensory experience that leads individuals into a relaxed state where often they can deepen their connection to themselves and nature. Participants will be led through guided meditations, mindfulness practices, partnership invitations with nature and ends with tea under the trees. My life coaching services focuses on relationships, family life, goal setting, spirituality and health. Very excited to bring this modality to San Antonio and the surrounding areas.
