Get Real is a social enterprise dedicated to empowering young people aged 8–25 years living with a disability, their families and carers. Services offered are all designed to develop practical skills and provide emotional empowerment. Creative methods of delivery include activity-based counselling, group coaching, animal therapy, sports development and participation, activity and adventure camps, art and expressive therapies according to the interest and needs of the participant.Get Real proudly delivers services for and in partnership with Wellways Carer Gateway.
