Hi, My name is Sophie Forbes-Perry and I am the founder of Heart & Soul with Sophie, and I have the honour of supporting individuals from all walks of life.For nearly 20 years, I have worked with children, teenagers and a diverse range of adults in various settings. I’ve used emotional education to help people to embrace their wholeness and transform the way they feel about themselves.My journey has taught me that emotions are neither good nor bad, and not designed to be ignored or pushed aside. They are sacred messengers that guide us towards our most authentic selves. By cultivating emotional awareness and self-compassion, we can unlock the wisdom of our hearts and tap into a wellspring of resilience, creativity and purpose.Through advanced academic studies and holistic practices such as reiki and sound healing, I have developed a unique, integrative approach that addresses the mind, body and soul.
