A dedicated yoga instructor with over a decade of experience in the practice, Jessica is a certified RYT 200 yoga instructor whose classes are thoughtfully designed to help you find and embrace the balance and strength within yourself. She encourages her students to stretch their capabilities, going beyond what they thought possible, while also teaching them to accept and appreciate their limitations.Located in picturesque Saratoga County in Upstate New York, nestled between the Hudson Valley and Adirondack Mountain region, much of Jessica's inspiration comes from her deep appreciation of nature and the beautiful surroundings in her corner of the world.Jessica teaches classes throughout her community in a variety of settings, including studios, gyms, private events, and business environments offering tailored yoga experiences for individuals, social gatherings, community groups, customer enjoyment, and employee wellness.
