The Injustice Reform Network (IRN) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to dismantling systemic injustice and uplifting the voices of individuals impacted by the criminal, civil, and administrative systems. Founded in Virginia in 2019 and officially recognized as a 501(c)(3) in 2020, IRN provides advocacy, community support, and financial assistance to those navigating the harsh realities of incarceration, reentry, and structural inequality.IRN hosts powerful community events, public storytelling forums, and legislative advocacy efforts designed to inspire change, build collective power, and center the lived experiences of women, girls, and families affected by carceral systems.With a mission rooted in healing, equity, and intentional justice, IRN continues to stand with communities across Virginia to turn awareness into action—and silence into voice.
