International FLAT Day was created to celebrate going flat -- to promote aesthetic flat closure (breastless chest wall reconstruction after mastectomy), to promote flat as a worthy choice, to promote breast reconstruction awareness, and to bring together the flat community in sisterhood and solidarity.
