JM Lee is a qualified Coach (Level 5, ILM) and Trauma Informed Practitioner with 10 years of 1:1 and group coaching experience. JM hosts a variety of events including online Mental Health Strategy workshops, Forest Bathing experiences and 1:1 Life Coaching. JM is dedicated to delivering person-centred and trauma informed experiences which respond holistically to the mental health needs of individuals. JM is committed to creating a safe and supportive environment, enabling individuals to recognise, understand and manage difficulties they are experiencing with mental health. JM's mission is to support individuals to find tools and techniques that they can use to improve emotional difficulties and mental health.
