Jennifer Ramirez is the Founder and Executive Director of & Rise, an entrepreneur, author, trauma life coach, reiki master, and speaker. & Rise is a nonprofit organization that empowers women to be the best versions of themselves no matter what adversities they've faced. & Rise offers free counseling for women in Illinois, free in-person (in Chicago) and virtual support groups for women trauma survivors, and an array of personal and professional development events and fundraisers.&Rise offers many women's empowerment events and the main intention is to inspire, empower, and motivate women to be the best version of themselves both personally and professionally.Check out an interview with Jennifer here.
