Jenny Cornejo - Younique Wildflower Coaching

Jenny Cornejo is a transformational life coach who uses her gifts to guide women on their individual paths to healing, allowing them to rediscover and embody the most confident, loving, and authentic versions of themselves.Jenny uses a variety of holistic healing modalities, including yoga, hypnotherapy, and breathwork, alongside somatic (body-orientated) coaching to help women find their peace and purpose in life. Her unique approach teaches her clients to become more self-aware of the interconnected nature of healing, aligning mind, body, and spirit to enhance their sense of being and belonging.Because she understands that no two paths to healing are alike, Jenny customizes her coaching program based on each client’s needs and life experiences. However, Jenny does ask one thing of all her clients regardless of their individual differences: vulnerability. That’s why Jenny is open about her personal healing journey, which began shortly after her husband suffered a traumatic brain injury.During this difficult time, Jenny found herself slipping into depression, gaining weight, and isolating herself by numbing out in front of the TV. She began to recognize codependency in her relationship, as well as the damage caused by a lifetime of trying to be the person others expected her to be, rather than who she really was. Jenny had to hit her lowest point to realize she’d lost herself—and that she needed to ignite her own change to create her most authentic life.Jenny started working out, and noticed that her improving physical health helped her gain mental clarity as well. As she found her own alignment physically, mentally, and spiritually, Jenny realized her life’s purpose: to guide others along their own healing journeys.When Jenny’s clients come to her, they feel stuck—directionless, discontented, and full of self-doubt. But with her guidance, they find the mindset and methods they need to boldly and bravely follow the vision of their heart.
