Joseph Wong

Joseph spent 36 years in an international bank before retiring to author the children's book series titled I'm So Ready For Life. He believes that in order for today's children to be better prepared for a digital future, they need to understand how the real world works a lot earlier in their lives. His three-book series teaches economics, leadership and decision-making to children. He also believes that children are capable of learning anything so long as the language is right. He has delivered talks on this topic since the book's launch in August 2017 such as ITE Ang Mo Kio - "The Three Monsters that Destroy Your Career" (February 2018), Catholic Junior College - "Starting a Career in a Bank" (May 2018), Nee Soon East CC - "Creative, Critical Thinking Children" (April 2019), St Andrews Junior School - "Nurture Your Children like a CEO" (November 2019) and "Children Learn Best through Play" (January 2020), as well as Temasek Polytechnic - "Interview Skills - How to Ace Every Interview" (January 2020). He has, in 2023, launched an eBook on The Three Monsters that Destroy Your Career that gives tips on how to go into one's first job with a leader mindset and in 2024, he will also launch the online training model.Joseph is also one of only a few Phonetics coaches in Singapore. Communication features strongly in all of Joseph's programmes.
