I am a traveling Ashtanga yoga instructor throughout Massachusetts, Maine and New Hampshire and occasionally may be found guest teaching abroad including countries such as India, Sri Lanka, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Spain and Dominican Republic. I also host local and international yoga retreats focusing on soul balance and personal transformation. My endearment for the sea, salt air and wave play is the basis of all retreats I offer. The healing benefits are indescribable and recalibrate us into our natural element.I am dedicated to guiding and supporting practitioners of all levels into the depths of their practice by emphasizing personal empowerment and encouraging the strength to embrace emotional processing . I truly aim to offer classes that shed light on interpreting and incorporating the nature of yoga with all other aspects of life; the true essence of Ahimsa.I have an immense passion for traveling the world, creating awareness for environmental sustainability, finding lightness in everyday life and an equally large love for animals of all kinds.  Self-development, with a true passion for addiction recovery; addiction to substance, emotion and behaviors is a large part of my teachings.I welcome your questions, feedback and insights as you and we evolve.Private instruction is also available.
