I'm an alignment-focused yoga teacher dedicated to making yoga accessible for everyone. My classes emphasize finding the variation of each pose that works best for your unique body, using practical techniques and mindful guidance. Since 2023, I’ve been hosting inclusive, community-focused events designed to welcome people who might not typically try yoga. My goal is to create a supportive, empowering space where everyone feels seen, capable, and comfortable exploring movement.
