Dr. Katania is a doctor of Oriental Medicine, a licensed acupuncturist and a holist and functional medicine practitioner. She believes stronly in the power of meditation, movement, mindfulness and the need to practice these skills on a regular basis in order to optimize health and wellbeing. She owns One Sky Natural Health and loves to offer these workshops to educate and teach her patients and friends how to use these powerful techniques to improve their lives. One Sky is an acupuncture, Chinese medicine, functional medicine and integrative physical therapy practice.
