The Kilkenny Shotokan Karate Club (K.S.K.C.) offers a practical approach to karate. We help you develop a deeper understanding by connecting the key elements of the practice: basics (Kihon), forms (Kata), sparring (Kumite), and self-defense (Goshin Jutsu). Instead of treating these as separate disciplines, we show you how they inform one another, creating a more complete and effective understanding of karate.
