The Kirtan Culture Initiative is a musical mantra meditation group that aims to introduce and share the timeless, meditational practice of "kirtan yoga" around Toronto! Kirtan is a call-and-response form of musical mantra meditation. It has the power to tap into deep states of consciousness and yet it can also invoke exciting feelings of joy and energy!
