I am an ANFT Certified Forest Therapy Guide, deeply rooted in a lifelong connection with nature. From an early age, I found a sense of aliveness and belonging among the trees, which continues to inspire my work today. As your guide, I partner with the more-than-human world to support and accompany you on your unique journey.With advanced training in mindfulness-based practices and Wilderness First Aid, I bring both skill and care to every experience. In my free time, you’ll often find me immersed in nature—hiking, paddling, backpacking, camping, cross-country skiing, or snowshoeing.
