The LaGuardia Procurement Technical Assistance Center (PTAC) is a small business assistance program that was established in 1999 through a cost sharing Cooperative Agreement between LaGuardia Community College and the Defense Logistics Agency, U. S. Department of Defense.Our mission is to assist Queens and other New York City firms market their goods and services to the federal, state, and local governments.The center offers procurement technical assistance and training workshops to meet the needs of small, minority, and women business owners throughout the New York metropolitan area.
