Lajja Champaneria

Lajja is a Certified Mindfulness Educator and Level 1 Sound Healer living and serving lives in Sydney. She was born and bred din India and migrated to Australia to create a beautiful life for herself. Little did she know she will always stay connected to her roots and lean back on self-help and self-love for healing purposes. As she observed tremendous changes in her personal life after following mind-altering exercises, sound healing and breathwork on herself.... she decided to pursue further education in the field. This not only allows her to honour her own culture and ancient knowledge but also become a catalyst in spreading awareness on the same in here in Australia. Today, Lajja lives a dual life wherein, she is excited and overjoyed by the fact that she can change people's life for good. Apart from serving as a healer she is also a designer, an architect, an illustrator and a nature-lover who spends most of her sunny weekend indulging in coastal walks and coffee talks.
