A Community of Canadian Latina Leaders and aspiring Latina Leaders transforming leadership, rising juntas.Recognizing the underrepresentation of Hispanic women in leadership roles and the lack of local groups for Latina leaders and professionals, specifically in the GTA, Ontario, Canada, Latina Leaders was created to empower, support, educate and connect them at every stage of their leadership journey—from aspiring students and recent graduates to accomplished entrepreneurs, managers, executives and C-suite executives to help them unlock their fullest potential, break barriers, and shape a brighter future for Latina leadership while honouring our cultural heritage.Latina Leaders is a Canadian-based community that fosters a culture of growth, strength, collaboration, and education and includes various virtual and in-person networking events and educational webinars, motivational and culturally empowering content, and mentorship opportunities for those eager to give back.Follow us onIG @latina.leaders
