Lexi is a Registered Nurse, having graduated from Washburn University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree in 2015. Her passion for health and wellness stretches beyond the medical field, leading her to the wonderful world of fasting and its vast array of full-body benefits.Chris’ journey to fasting has been long and varied. Health and wellness has always been a part of his life in one form or another having spent time as a certified personal trainer, a dietician, or the team leader of a special operations unit in the US Air Force. Living with autoimmune disease, gut health and full body wellness is a constant in Chris' daily life!
