With a compassionate presence and deep commitment to emotional and spiritual well-being, I integrate holistic care—mental, emotional, and spiritual—to help people find clarity, peace, and purpose at every stage of life and death.I also facilitate monthly Death Cafés in the Hawkesbury, NSW region—creating a safe, supportive space for open conversations around life, death, and grief. I’m passionate about inspiring conversations, women’s circles, and holistic wellbeing events that nourish the soul and deepen our connection to the sacred rhythms of life.
