We are foremost a neighbourhood café & yoga studio; We hope that everyone who visits will feel welcome and at home. We believe that food should taste good and make you feel good. We use high quality, fresh ingredients to create a menu that is vegetarian with vegan & coeliac options too.Our yoga classes and workshops are run by highly qualified teachers offering safe, dedicated teaching in a purpose-built, light-filled studio. All are welcome to join our classes which cater for a range of ages and abilities. Come to learn, stretch, strengthen, relax and above all, enjoy yourself!
