Lorrie Cole has been in the health and wellness industry for more than 25 years. Lorrie is a Licensed Massage Therapist and a Continuing Education Provider for Massage Therapy. She is a Yoga Alliance Registered Yoga Teacher, and holds certifications in Meditation Instruction and Yogic Breathwork.Through her friendly nature and fun-loving demeanor, she creates an atmosphere where these practices can feel real and accessible to everyone. She hopes to be a resource and a respite for relaxation and wellness, as it relates to contentment, longevity, and true happiness. Lorrie thoroughly enjoys bringing people tools to be able to calm and quiet their minds through the deep relaxation and healing provided by these therapies.
