Lotus Sound Bath

Douglas Cardwell is a Master Percussionist and the former Principal Timpanist for the NM Philharmonic. He has certifications from the Medicine of Sound Wellness Center in British Columbia and in Duality Energy and Healing training. As a professional musician with over 30 years of experience, Douglas opened Lotus Sound Bath in 2019 to combine his expertise in music with his personal interest in holistic health and to raise public awareness about this unique modality.A sound bath is a type of guided meditation and an instrumental and physical experience that promotes deep relaxation, improved mood, improved sleep, mental clarity, anxiety reduction, pain relief, and more. There are a wide variety of experiences and health benefits that our participants derive from sound immersion sessions, all of which contribute to an overall healthier way of life and positive state of mind.
